Ambulance Service Load up fee $300.00 (one way) Mileage @ $7.00 per mile Wait time $45.00 every 30 minutes Wheel Chair Transportation Load up fee $45.00 (one way) Mileage @ $3.00 per mile Oxygen $10.00 Wait time $45.00 every 30 minutes Important Notice: All ambulance transportation must be medically necessary to be covered by insurance. If transportation is not medically necessary and/or not covered by the insurance, you will be responsible for payments associated with the transportation. Most insurance companies will not pay for wheel chair transportation, and most that will, require pre-authorization. All wheel chair transportation will be billed to you unless another source is authorized and provided at the time of reservations. All private pay sources must be informed and provided to us at the time of transportation. We also except most major credit cards. To make a reservation personnel are available 24hrs a day for emergency transportation. Regular reservations should be scheduled between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
